Notification Regarding Candidates for Appointment of Director

Sansan, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that the Company has nominated candidates for the position of Director (excl. Director serving on the Audit & Supervisory Committee) and Director serving on the Audit & Supervisory Committee at the Board of Directors Meeting held on July 21, 2020 as indicated below. This proposal will be referred to the 13th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”) to be held on August 26, 2020.
