Access by different train/subway lines

Use the JR Shibuya New South Gate.

  • Use the New South Gate and proceed to the right.
  • Keep going straight.
  • Enter the SHIBUYA Tower office entrance straight ahead.
  • Take the escalator up to the 5th floor.
  • Turn left and take the direct elevator to the 28th floor.
    *You don’t need to use the reception terminal on the 5th floor.
  • Proceed down the hallway ahead on your left.
    *You don’t need to use the reception terminal in front of the elevators.

Use the Shibuya Hikarie 1 or 2 gate at Shibuya Station.

  • Exit via the Shibuya Hikarie 1 or 2 gate and head toward Shibuya Scramble Square. Take the escalator toward exit B6 or the elevator labeled “23” on your left to go up to the 2nd floor.
  • Follow the signs for Shibuya Stream and proceed onto the deck.
  • Head toward Shibuya Stream to the far right.
  • Take the Shibuya Stream escalator or elevator up to the 3rd floor.
  • Turn right and head toward the JR Shibuya Station New South Gate.
  • Continue straight toward the New South Gate.
  • Keep going straight.
  • Enter the SHIBUYA Tower office entrance straight ahead.
  • Take the escalator up to the 5th floor.
  • Turn left and take the direct elevator to the 28th floor.
    *You don’t need to use the reception terminal on the 5th floor.
  • Proceed down the hallway ahead on your left.
    *You don’t need to use the reception terminal in front of the elevators.

Use the gate heading toward Scramble Square at Shibuya Station.

  • Use the Scramble Square ticket gate, turn left, and head toward Shibuya Scramble Square. Take the escalator or the elevator labeled “23” to go down to the 2nd floor.
  • Follow the signs for Shibuya Stream and proceed onto the deck.
  • Head right toward Shibuya Stream.
  • Take the Shibuya Stream escalator or elevator up to the 3rd floor.
  • Turn right and head toward the JR Shibuya Station New South Gate.
  • Continue straight toward the New South Gate.
  • Keep going straight.
  • Enter the SHIBUYA Tower office entrance located straight ahead.
  • Take the escalator up to the 5th floor.
  • Turn left and take the direct elevator to the 28th floor.
    *You don’t need to use the reception terminal on the 5th floor.
  • Proceed down the hallway ahead on your left.
    *You don’t need to use the reception terminal in front of the elevators.

Use the Central Gate at Shibuya Station.

  • Use the Central Gate and go straight. Go down the stairs under the large “Myth of Tomorrow” mural on your right and continue straight. When the path splits, bear right and head toward Shibuya Fukuras. Once you’re on the deck, continue straight and turn right at the end.
  • Turn left at the sign for Tokyu Plaza Shibuya and continue straight.
  • Continue straight alongside Shibuya Fukuras.
  • Go straight under the Shuto Expressway and head toward Shibuya Sakura Stage.
  • Take the Shibuya Sakura Stage escalator up to the 3rd floor.
  • Continue straight to the right.
  • Enter the SHIBUYA Tower office entrance on the right.
  • Take the escalator up to the 5th floor.
  • Turn left and take the direct elevator to the 28th floor.
    *You don’t need to use the reception terminal on the 5th floor.
  • Proceed down the hallway ahead on your left.
    *You don’t need to use the reception terminal in front of the elevators.

By taxi

Access by taxi

From Route 246, turn onto the road beside Shibuya Sakura Stage. Use the taxi stand just past the first traffic light or the drop-off area at the basement 3rd floor (B3F) parking garage ahead.

  • Take the escalator in front of the traffic light up to the 3rd floor.
  • Turn left to go back in the direction you came from.
  • Enter the SHIBUYA Tower office entrance straight ahead.
  • Take the escalator up to the 5th floor.
  • Turn left and take the direct elevator to the 28th floor.
    *You don’t need to use the reception terminal on the 5th floor.
  • Proceed down the hallway ahead on your left.
    *You don’t need to use the reception terminal in front of the elevators.
  • Proceed down the hallway on your left from the drop-off area.
  • Enter through the entrance on your left at the end of the hallway.
    *Access outside of weekday hours (8 a.m. – midnight) requires a security card.
  • Take the elevator up to the 5th floor.
  • Take the direct elevator in front of you to the 28th floor.
    *You don’t need to use the reception terminal on the 5th floor.
  • Proceed down the hallway ahead on your left.
    *You don’t need to use the reception terminal in front of the elevators.

Enter the road beside Shibuya Sakura Stage from Route 246, pass the first traffic light, and use the vehicle drop-off area at the basement 3rd floor (B3F) parking garage ahead.

  • Proceed down the hallway on your left from the drop-off area.
  • Enter through the entrance on your left at the end of the hallway.
