1. Position Regarding the Reduction of the Number of Shares in An Investment Unit

Sansan, Inc. (the “Company) recognizes that decreasing the investment unit of shares is an effective measure linked to greater investor participation, improved liquidity and vitalization of the stock market.

2. Policies for the Reduction of the Number of Shares in An Investment Unit

The Company plans to carefully discuss and consider the action of decreasing the unit of investment of its shares by analyzing such factors as stock price and stock market trends and stockholder composition, as well as changes in performance.

  • Note: Minimum investment units of the Company’s stock exceed 500,000 yen as of May 31, 2020, and accordingly, this disclosure is carried out pursuant to Rule 409 of the Securities Listing Regulations (disclosure regarding the reduction of investment share units) as prescribed by the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
