Annual Report 2021, published October 29, 2021, received the Honors Award at the International ARC Awards 2022, the world’s largest annual report competition.

About the award
The Sansan Group actively works to disclose information to its shareholders and various other stakeholders to sustainably enhance its corporate value. It has published an annual report since 2020 as part of those efforts.

Sansan, Inc. Annual Report 2021 was prepared for shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders to describe in an easy-to-understand way the Group’s history and track record as well as its strategic story on the way to achieving its mission and vision. It did so using both financial and non-financial information.

Sansan, Inc. Annual Report 2021 won the Honors Award in the Traditional Annual Report category of the International ARC Awards 2022, the world’s largest annual report competition, held for three decades. The Traditional Annual Report category comprehensively evaluates conventional annual reports. It is the most competitive category with the most entries, typically from more than 500 companies. The Sansan Group’s annual report was well regarded for the clarity of its target theme, the easy way that the financial data could be understood, and its design quality. This marks the first time an award in this category has gone to a company in the Software & IT Solutions industry.

About the International ARC Awards 2022
The International ARC Awards is the world’s largest annual report contest, organized each year by MerComm, Inc., an independent U.S.-based evaluation organization. Companies, nongovernmental organizations, government entities, and other organizations from around the world submit entries that are reviewed and evaluated by judges selected from a wide range of fields. Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Honors awards are selected for each category and industry. This year, 1,656 entries were received from 33 countries. Each was judged impartially, free of influence from advertisers or sponsors, and evaluated based on a range of criteria, from vision and financial information to messages from top management, as well as design.
