Notification Regarding Partial Amendments to the Article of Incorporation

Sansan, Inc. (“the Company”) announced today that, at the Board of Directors Meeting held on July 25, 2023, the Company has resolved to propose the following amendments to the Articles of Incorporation at the 16th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“the AGM”) to be held on August 29, 2023.

1. Reasons for the Proposal

The Company proposes to add a business purpose to Article 2 of its Articles of Incorporation in　preparation for future expansion and diversification of the Group’s business.
