TOKYO ― Sansan, Inc., a provider of cloud-based solutions that promote digital transformation and reshape how we work, announces the selection of its Annual Report 2022 as an excellent integrated report and most-improved integrated report by asset managers entrusted with domestic equity investment by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), the world’s largest pension fund.
Selection as an excellent integrated report was for the first time and as a most-improved integrated report for the second consecutive year.
Sansan proactively discloses information to its shareholders and other stakeholders, aiming for sustainable improvement of its corporate value. As part of this initiative, it began issuing its annual report in 2020.
In the Annual Report 2022, issued last October, Sansan describes its strategic story for achieving its mission and vision, the business strategies for its products, including the Sansan sales DX solution, Eight contact and career management app, and Bill One cloud-based invoice management solution. It also details its initiatives to help build a sustainable society, comprehensively summarized from an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) perspective.
Asset managers entrusted with domestic equity investment by GPIF gave the Annual Report its dual selection. GPIF requests the asset managers to select excellent and most-improved integrated reports, with each manager selecting reports from up to 10 companies. Overall, reports from 67 companies were selected for the former category and from 95 companies for the latter.
Among the 95 companies that issued most-improved integrated reports, multiple asset managers selected 15. Sansan’s report was selected by two as a most-improved integrated report – its second year earning this honor.
