Notification Regarding Candidates for Appointment of Director

Sansan, Inc. (“the Company”) announced today that the Company has nominated candidates for the position of Director (excl. Director serving on the Audit & Supervisory Committee) , Director serving on the Audit & Supervisory Committee and Director serving as a Substitute Member of the Audit & Supervisory Committee at the Board of Directors Meeting held on July 24, 2025 as indicated below. This proposal will be referred to the 17th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“the AGM”) to be held on August 26, 2025.
