Notification Regarding Change of Certified Public Accountants

Sansan, Inc. (the “Company”) hereby announces that the Audit and Supervisory Committee, at its meeting held on July 21, 2026, resolved to change the certified public accountants, who perform the audit certification under Article 193-2, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on the same day, resolved to submit the “Appointment of Accounting Auditor” to the 19th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on August 20, 2026.

3. Reasons for Selecting the Candidate for Certified Public Accountants Described in 2(1)

Considering the number of years the current accounting auditor has been in charge of the audit, the Company examined proposals from multiple audit firms, including the current accounting auditor. As a result, the Company determined that Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC is suitable as our accounting auditor, as the Company expects audits from a new perspective, and the Company has comprehensively considered the firm’s expertise, independence, quality control system, and scale.

6. Reasons and Background for the Change

The term of office of the accounting auditor, KPMG AZSA LLC, will expire at the conclusion of the 19th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on August 20, 2026. Although the accounting auditor has a sufficient system to ensure that accounting audits are conducted appropriately and properly, in light of the number of years of continuous audits, the Company considered multiple audit firms, including the current accounting auditor. As a result, for the reasons stated in 3 above, the Company has selected Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC as a candidate.
