Notification Regarding Partial Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation

Sansan, Inc. (the “Company”) hereby announces that it has resolved at the Board of Directors’ meeting held on July 21, 2026, to submit a proposal for partial amendments to the Articles of Incorporation to the 19th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on August 20, 2026.

1. Reasons for the Amendments

In preparation for the future business development and diversification of the Company Group’s business activities, the Company will add business purposes to Article 2 of the current Articles of Incorporation.
