Yoiko is a Sansan system through which employees proactively plan and carry out group activities aimed at creating better community.

The Yoiko for CSR initiative supports employee-planned and employee-implemented CSR pursuits that serve as CSV activities. These balance social contribution and productivity improvement through interaction among employees.

The company provides up to 330,000 yen per half-year to subsidize activities.

Working hours
Of total working time, 10% can be spent on CSR activities.

Special leave
Employees can take 1 day each year to spend on these activities.
